
When will the bastardization of the sandwich formerly known as a hamburger end? It's called a hamburger roll for a reason, Bill Dugan, owner of
FishGuy Markets of Chicago...and that reason is not for putting fried clams between it. As a general rule, I'm only interested in inserting things into clams, not vice versa.
